Vitalia Sena-Baca, Esq.

Vitalia Sena-Baca, a proud native New Mexican was raised in the small village of Vallieto de Piedra, nestled between Sena and Villanueva, New Mexico. She graduated from West Las Vegas High School in 1994 and continued her education at New Mexico Highlands University, earning a degree in Political Science and History. She then pursued her passion for law at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, earning her degree in 2001.

After completing her law degree, Vitalia returned to her beloved New Mexico to serve the community she holds dear. Since 2003, Vitalia has dedicated her career to advocating for clients in need. Specializing in personal injury law, her expertise spans motor vehicle accidents, drunk driving cases, slip-and-fall injuries, medical malpractice, and pedestrian accidents.

A proud Christian, Vitalia's faith serves as a cornerstone in her life, shaping her values and approach to her work. She is also a devoted wife and the mother of two amazing children. In her free time, Vitalia enjoys travelling, spending time with family and getting her hands dirty doing ranch work with her family at Bonita's Ranch, where they embrace the traditions and values of their upbringing.

Megan B. Montoya, Esq.

Megan Montoya is a dedicated attorney based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, driven by her deep passion for advocating on behalf of her community. Raised in the vibrant landscapes of the Southwest, she developed a profound appreciation for her state's diverse cultures and challenges, which inspired her to pursue a career in law. Megan was born and raised in Santa Fe and attended Santa Fe High School. She completed undergrad at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ with a degree in Business Administration and Minor in Governmental Studies and completed law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.

Since 2022, Megan has been a dedicated personal injury attorney serving individuals and families throughout New Mexico. A proud native of the Land of Enchantment, Megan combines her understanding of the state’s legal landscape with a genuine passion for helping others.

Megan focuses on empowering underserved populations and ensuring access to justice for all. Her commitment extends beyond the office, as she volunteers her time with local organizations, leads the local student ministry at her home church, and champions initiatives aimed at fostering equity and opportunity within her community.

When she’s not working, Megan enjoys making pottery, exploring and photographing New Mexico’s stunning landscapes, and spending time with family and friends. She believes in the power of connection, compassion, and advocacy to create meaningful change.
